Find Your Best Rep Agent

I built this after spending way too long comparing agent fees on a spreadsheet before every haul. Three questions, one recommendation. The full comparison table is below if you want to verify the reasoning.

Why Agent Choice Matters Less Than You Think — And When It Matters A Lot
The agent debate in the rep community is more heated than it needs to be. Here is my honest take after using all six of these platforms: for most orders, the quality outcome is identical regardless of which agent you choose, because all agents purchase from the same Weidian sellers. The differences are in fee, interface and shipping options — not in what arrives in your package.

That said, the fee difference is real money over time. On a 3000 CNY haul, Superbuy at 8% adds 240 CNY in fees. CNFans at 1.5% adds 45 CNY. That 195 CNY difference is roughly the cost of a Jordan 1 hoodie. If you are ordering regularly, the agent choice matters financially even if it does not affect quality.

The honest verdict: Use CNFans for everyday hauls. Use Kakobuy for your first 2–3 orders if you are new. Use Sugargoo when you have a 5+ item haul and want to save on fees. Use Superbuy only for high-value luxury bags where 20+ macro photos justify the fee. These are not opinions — they are the outputs of the quiz above applied consistently across different buyer profiles.

Interpreting Agent Comparison Data

Agent comparison data should be understood as reflecting aggregate community experience rather than guaranteed individual outcomes. Two buyers using the same agent for the same item can have different experiences depending on warehouse staff, item condition, and timing factors outside the platform control. Use comparison data to establish probability-weighted expectations rather than definitive predictions.

The community consensus on agent performance shifts over time as platform quality evolves and new alternatives enter the market. An agent rated highly in community discussions from two years ago may have declined relative to newer competitors, while an agent with less historical documentation may have improved substantially. Checking the recency of your comparison sources is as important as checking their volume.

Fee Calculation for Comparison

Accurate fee comparison between agents requires modelling total cost including item price, service fee percentage at your order value, domestic and international shipping, and any storage fees. The service fee alone is insufficient for comparison because agents with higher service fees may offer lower shipping rates or better QC services that produce superior total value. Model complete haul costs through the fee calculator for each agent being compared.
